The tea is brewed as follows: they take 1 teaspoon of brewed tea and pour hot water, but not boiling water, and then insist for 5 minutes. In parallel, the milk is brought to a boil and immediately turned off without leaving it on the stove. Then the brew is strained, both ingredients are mixed in the same container, after which the drink is considered ready to drink. Sugar should not be added to it, because it, firstly, contradicts the very principles of the diet, and secondly, spoils the taste of the drink.
