  • 50 ml of vinegar.
  • 3 cloves.
  • Clean water.
  • 500 grams of gooseberries.
  • 1 cinnamon stick.

Wash gooseberries and prick each berry with a toothpick, then fill them into glass jars. Take the necessary amount of water, pour it into a container suitable for cooking, add spices, sugar and boil for 5-7 minutes. After the marinade has cooled completely, pour it into jars with gooseberries. Cover each jar with a lid, put in a large pan with water, sterilize for 3 minutes, then seal.

Store the preserves in a dark, cool place, without access to direct sunlight.
