Sour Cream

Place a piece of over-salted meat in a bowl with the sour cream, leave until completely cooled. Transfer to a pan, pour some water, steam, drain the liquid, or put the bowl to heat in a water bath.

Roast the carrots and onions. Cut the steaks into small pieces and send to the vegetables. Pour water, add sour cream. After 10 minutes, add chopped tomatoes to the stew. The total cooking time is 20 minutes. If slices of meat are stewed with potatoes, the tubers will draw the salt away.

You can serve steaks with unsalted mashed potatoes or peas, pasta, rice. This will not make the meat less salty, but the unleavened garnish will balance the taste.
